Jayme works with the design and development team to find effective solutions and strategies to create designs that are both visually stunning and cost effective. She is involved in project design, project budgeting and cost saving implementation practices utilizing vendors from across the globe to help minimize FF&E/OS&E costs. 

With stringent practices in place to track and negotiate FF&E, Jayme and her team are able to minimize project interruptions due to manufacturing and logistical difficulties all while maintaining the selected aesthetic.

Lauren is an experienced hospitality procurement professional with a strong background in sourcing, purchasing, and project coordination for hotel and resort developments. With extensive experience managing FF&E and OS&E procurement, Lauren specializes in aligning design intent, budget management, and operational functionality to deliver successful hospitality environments.

Brenda keeps us on track and handles all payable and client transactions. Her background in construction finance and management helps keep budgets on track and provides cost savings for our clients.
